Lucy Wainwright Roche is a singer-songwriter and performer known for her clear, powerful voice and her refreshingly straightforward stage presence. Lucy hails from what could be called a musical dynasty. Her parents are musicians, Suzzy Roche and Loudon Wainwright III, and her maternal aunts are Maggie and Terre Roche, who with Suzzy Roche formed the group The Roches. Her paternal half-siblings are Martha Wainwright and Rufus Wainwright. Her aunt Sloan Wainwright and her uncle David Roche are also musicians. Lucy has sung with all of them.
In a family of rebels, she proved most rebellious by completing her Master’s Degree in Education and has spent several years teaching in New York City. After singing backup with her brother, Rufus Wainwright, in 2005 & 2006, she decided to take some time off from the classroom to explore her life long relationship to singing and song writing.
"Sincere and raw, at times recalling Joni Mitchell and Patty Griffin, Roche's bittersweet voice leaps out; she paints an indelible image..." NPR's Song of the Day

Brooklyn, NY native Rebecca Pronsky continues to stake her claim as one of New York's finest young songwriters.Rebecca's songs are "literate, passionate, and wry" (Time Out NY) with "brutal, cutting lyricism" (Ithaca Times), and "a little twang and a lot of empathy" (Philadelphia City Paper).
