Over 18's only. Persons aged 14 - 18 years may be allowed in the restaurant area at the discretion of the manager but this must be arranged through the Jazz Cafe in advance.

Disabled Access
Jazz Cafe takes the needs of disabled customers very seriously and actively encourages people of all abilities to attend the events scheduled at the venue.

In order to ensure that all disabled patrons to Jazz Cafe are adequately catered for, we request that you contact the venue at boxoffice@jazzcafe.co.uk or telephone on 0207 688 8899 and let us know which show you have purchased a ticket for. Due to Licensing and Health & Safety Assessments, we regret the number of wheelchairs that we can admit to the building is limited and we must treat all patrons on a first come first served basis. In the unlikely event that the wheelchair quota is filled by the time we receive your email then we would inform you of this and either a refund or an exchange for an appropriate alternative event would be given.
