Ticket FAQ's

“Time on the ticket- what does it mean?”
The time on the ticket usually refers to when doors open for the event. In some cases the show time is specified on the ticket. If it is not, please feel free to call the venue on 0131 221 2280 the day of the show for this information.

“My tickets have not arrived”
Call the ticket outlet you purchased them from who will be able to track your tickets. If this was with Ticketweb please contact their Customer Services on 08444 999 999

“I have lost my tickets”
If you have lost your tickets within your possession then contact the ticket outlet you purchased them from and they will be able to assist you.

“I have lost my booking confirmation”
Contact the ticket outlet you purchased your tickets from and they will be able to provide your confirmation details.

“My ticket details are incorrect”
Always check your tickets when you receive them, if there is an error contact the ticket outlet immediately and they will be able to assist you. Do not leave it until arriving at the venue, as it may be too late to help you if there is an issue.

“How do I make a disabled booking?”
Contact the Venue’s Box Office on 0131 221 2280 and an assistant will be able to take your booking for you. If you have already purchased your ticket with another outlet then please inform us immediately so we can make a note of your booking.

“The show has been cancelled”
If the event has been cancelled, tickets will be valid for a refund at point of purchase. If purchased through Ticketweb online or over the phone this will happen automatically.

“The show has been postponed”
If the event has been postponed and you cannot make the rescheduled date, refunds are available. Contact the ticket outlet you purchased your tickets from for further information on how to obtain a refund.

“Refunds and exchanges”
Please note tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the event has been cancelled or rescheduled.

“I can’t print my tickets (Ticketfast)”
Customers who have lost or not received their Ticketfast tickets purchased through Ticketweb are advised to please contact their Customer Services on 08444 999 999 where the tickets can be reissued.

“The event is sold out, will there be any more tickets available?”
Once an event is sold out, in some cases tickets may become available afterwards. We suggest that you continue to check our website www.edinburghpicturehouse.com or www.ticketweb.co.uk regularly in case this occurs.

Unfortunately we cannot individually contact customers when additional tickets become available, however we do announce this information on our website, Facebook and Twitter so please do keep checking back.
