General FAQ's
Press and photographer passesPress and photographer passes are issued either by the event promoter or artist’s record label or management. We ask you contact them to obtain credentials for any press or photography coverage.
Show times
Please note we do not receive show times until the day of the show. Please call 0131 221 2280 and press option 1 for show times. Please note we cannot be held responsible if show times change from what has been advertised, therefore we ask customers to arrive as early as possible to avoid missing any of the event.
Lost Property
If you have a lost property query, please call 0131 221 2280 Monday to Saturday 12-4pm and an assistant will be able to check for you.
Smoking
Please note smoking is prohibited within the building at all times. This is a zero tolerance policy and anyone caught smoking will be ejected with no refund.
Merchandise
We advise customers to only buy official merchandise located in the hall.
Food and drink
Unfortunately food and drink is not permitted in the venue and will be confiscated upon arrival.
Drinks throwing
Anyone caught throwing drinks or any other objects will be ejected with no refund and may be liable for any damage to equipment or persons.
