Disabled Customers

The HMV Picture House takes the needs of disabled customers very seriously and actively encourages people of all abilities to attend the events scheduled at their venue.

Though built in the 1920s, the building has been modernised to allow wheelchair access via front of house (please note there is no backstage disabled access).

To book tickets, please purchase the number of tickets you require in advance of the show from Ticketweb and then call the venue on 0131 221 2280 where an assistant will be able to book your free companion ticket which is available to patrons who are registered disabled.

We do advise customers to arrive at the venue 15 minutes prior to doors and make themselves known to the stewards who will be able to escort them in.

The venue also has a number of amenities for disabled customers including RADAR access toilets and first aiders on site if required.
