Northern Star Melanie C will head out on the road next year for a six-date UK tour, taking her pulsating new album ‘The Sea’ to a host of major cities, including The Library at Birmingham’s hmv Institute on 2nd March.

Since going solo back in 1999, Melanie C has enjoyed two No.1 singles, six Top 10 singles and over three million album sales. She has released three albums on her own Red Girl Records – launched in 2004 – 2005’s ‘Beautiful Intentions’, 2007’s ‘This Time’ and fifth LP ‘The Sea’.
