HMV Live & MAMA Festivals present NEXT BIG THING featuring The Soft Pack, Comanechi and O'Children.

LA's The Soft Pack have established themselves as one of the most exciting and ascendant rock bands both sides of the pond. 'C’mon’ is the new single.  It is second single to be taken from their self- titled debut long player released 1 February on Heavenly Recordings.

O.Children formed little over a year ago with Tobi O’Kandi (Vox), Andi Sleath (Drums) Gauthier Ajarrista (Guitar) and Harry James (Bass) taking their name from a Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds song title.  ‘Dead Disco Dancer’ was the debut single from the young dark new wave pop noirists combining an instantly intriguing melody with Tobi’s dark yet humorous lyrics. The song lifts from a sinister sounding opening to a fully-fledged pop refrain.

O.Children are signed to hot new record label Deadly Records, the band have that rare combination of confidence, talent, swagger and yet they are one of the most understated bands around at the moment. They can actually pen a lyric, they each have a distinctive personality and are doing something completely different; pop music with passion, determination and a knowing smile. The debut 7” single sold out purely through pre-orders and word of mouth.
